Meet the Team
John Muzio
Executive Director
John leads the team at The Chelsea at Fanwood in all operational and business initiatives. He is responsible for maintaining high-level performance in all areas of service.
John has 30 years of hospitality experience working in destinations such as Madison Square Garden and the Ritz Carlton Central Park South. For the last 17 years John has worked in senior living with companies such as Classic Residence by Hyatt and Brookdale.
John holds a master’s degree in business administration and has earned the designations of Certified Hotel Administrator as well as Certified Hospitality Educator. John is also an adjunct assistant professor of hospitality management for New York City College of Technology.
John enjoys cooking and running as well long walks with his wife, Nancy. They are residents of Bayport for the past 24 years with their furry family.
Linda Cody
Director of Community Relations
Linda leads the sales and marketing initiatives at The Chelsea at Brookhaven in her role as the Director of Community Relations. Under her leadership, she is responsible for developing a cohesive community by connecting with families, residents and businesses alike, and driving the sales process.
Linda brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality and the senior care industries. As a former bed and breakfast owner, Linda embodies the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction. She transitioned into senior care after caring for her own parents and realizing what her true passion was.
During her 20-year senior care sales and marketing career, Linda has earned great respect from her colleagues. She was awarded the The Power in Heels Award, which honors women in the community who demonstrate exemplary achievement in their profession and in serving the community.
Linda is a board member of the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Lion’s Club and Rotary Club. In her spare time Linda loves to spend time with her family and friends. Linda also has a singing background and enjoys teaching others how to improve their vocal talent.
